(Required for Stallions and Horses with known vices / behavior
problems such as kicking,
biting, head butting, excessive chewing, equipment destruction.
If a stallion is found to have
these vices after being brought into AQH, a Security Deposit will be
required within seven
days' notice.)

Lighting Fees

(Per horse for Timed Lights for show hair coats or for
controlling mare heat cycles.)
8.
Arena Fees
$ 15.00 / Hour
(when
riding without Trainer / Instructor. No charge when with
Trainer.)

Blanketing Fees

(to
blanket / un - blanket horses; Owners are required to provide
two blankets per horse
to prevent chilling. If your horse is caught in a rain or
snow storm, the original blanket may be
too wet to use.)
10.
Grooming Fee

(if requested, for
each horse @ each grooming)
11.
Hand Walking
$ 10.00 / Hour
(Due to illness or injury horses often need time consuming
attention, or may require
limited, supervised exercise.)

Exercise

(For lunging or under saddle exercise workout. No extra charge for
daily turnouts.)

Veterinary Services

assist the Veterinarian in any surgical or dental

Farrier Services

(To hold / restrain for shoeing / trimming, etc. For first time
shoeings, a one-time fee
of $5.00 applies on top of the $5.00 handling charge.)

Strongid Pellets
$ 0.43 to $0.58 cents / day
(Depending
upon retail supplier charge to AQH

wormer. ALL horses boarding at AQH
are required
to be wormed with Ivermectin prior to arrival, then must be on
daily
Strongid Pellets as long as the horse is here!)
16.
Medication
$ 1.00 - $5.00 / day
Medication fees apply. Fee varies depending upon illness or injury
and time involved.
This is in addition to any exercise, hand walking, blanketing,
veterinary or farrier service.

Training Fees

Hamilton, on-site trainer, is by individual contract between
trainer and

BILLING
& PAYMENT POLICY
Anderson
Quarter Horses reserves the
right to change fees as necessary with ten (10) days written notice
to borders. The first month's fee is due and payable upon
arrival of the horse to be boarded. Further month's fees are
billed on the first of each month and due on the 10th of the month.
Late charges in the amount of $3.00 per day after the 11th begin to
accrue.
If
fees are not paid by the 30th of the month, unless otherwise
stipulated in writing (or extended due to extenuating
circumstances), horse will be held as collateral, and legal
proceedings to collect fees with possible sale of the horse to
satisfy debt may occur.
Bounced
check fees are $25.00 per check per submission to the bank.
After two returned checks, money orders or cash will only be
accepted. No Visa or MC is available at this time.
